RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return/exchange your item please ensure:

  • AUSTRALIAN WIDE ORDERS - Return is received to Turquoise Lane within 14 days of the purchase date. If your order was placed online this may mean your parcel needs to be returned via express post.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Return is shipped to Turquoise Lane within 7 days of receiving the order. 

    For online purchases please fill out the Returns Form on the back of your invoice and return to:

  • Once we receive your return, your item will be examined within 48 hours. Please allow 7 business days for your original form of payment account to be refunded (Credit card, Afterpay, PayPal).

  • Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, with tags on items. Turquoise Lane is happy to offer you a refund or exchange on all full priced items.

  • Please note the following conditions:
  • AUSTRALIA WIDE online orders with FREE SHIPPING  will have $10 deducted from the refunded amount (cost to send your order originally).
  • INTERNATIONAL online orders with FREE SHIPPING will have $30 deducted from the refunded amount (cost to send your order originally).
  • Swimwear, Intimates and Earrings are not refundable and unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law and if there is no breach of consumer guarantee.

    SALE ITEMS
  • Reduced or SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind or wrong size selection. All items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE. This includes when a discount code is used.

  • The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non – refundable.
